【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedtodescribevariousmethodsfordeterminingthedynamicpropertiesofvulcanizedrubbermaterials,andbyextension,productsutilizingsuchmaterialsinapplicationssuchassprings,dampers,andflexibleload-carryingdevices,flexiblepowertransmissioncouplings,vibrationisolationcomponentsandmechanicalrubbergoodsingeneral.Asaguide,itisintendedtoprovidedescriptionsofoptionsavailableratherthantospecifytheuseofanyoneinparticular.1.1Thisguidecoversdynamictestingofvulcanizedrubberandrubber-like(bothhereinaftertermed"rubber"or"elastomeric")materialsandproducts,leadingfromthedefinitionsoftermsused,throughthebasicmathematicsandsymbols,tothemeasurementofstiffnessanddamping,andfinallythroughtheuseofspecimengeometryandflexingmethod,tothemeasurementofdynamicmodulus.1.2Thisguidedescribesavarietyofvibratorymethodsfordeterminingdynamicproperties,presentingthemasoptions,notasrequirements.Themethodsinvolvefreeresonantvibration,andforcedresonantandnonresonantvibration.Inthelattertwocasestheinputisassumedtobesinusoidal.1.3Whilethemethodsareprimarilyforthemeasurementofmodulus,amaterialproperty,theymayinmanycasesbeappliedtomeasurementsofthepropertiesoffull-scaleproducts.1.4Themethodsdescribedareprimarilyusefulovertherangeoftemperaturesfrom-70176;Cto+200176;C(100176;Fto+400F)andforfrequenciesfrom0.01to100Hz.Notallinstrumentsandmethodswillaccommodatetheentireranges.1.5Whenemployedforthemeasurementofdynamicmodulus,themethodsareintendedformaterialshavingcomplexmoduliintherangefrom100to100000kPa(15to15000psi)anddampinganglesfrom0to90.Notallinstrumentsandmethodswillaccommodatetheentireranges.1.6Bothtranslationalandrotationalmethodsaredescribed.Tosimplifygenericdescriptions,theterminologyoftranslationisused.Thesubjectmatterappliesequallytotherotationalmode,substituting"torque"and"angulardeflection"for"force"and"displacement."1.7Thisguideisdividedintosections,someofwhichinclude:1.8ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
