【摘要】:Thistestmethodissuitableforsettingspecificationsonthematerialsreferencedin1.2andforuseasaninternalqualitycontroltoolwhereisopropylbenzeneisproducedorisusedinamanufacturingprocess.Itmayalsobeusedindevelopmentorresearchworkinvolvingisopropylbenzene.Thistestmethodisusefulindeterminingthepurityofisopropylbenzenewithnormalimpuritiespresent.Ifextremelyhighboilingorunusualimpuritiesarepresentintheisopropylbenzene,thistestmethodwouldnotnecessarilydetectthemandthepuritycalculationwouldbeerroneous.Cumenehydroperoxide,ifpresent,willyieldthermaldecompositionproducts,primarilyAPandDMPCasstatedin4.1,thatwilleluteinthechromatogramtherebygivingincorrectresultsunlesstheyareexcludedasindicatedin4.1.Itisalsopossibletogeterroneousresultsfortracealpha-methylstyrenepresentinisopropylbenzeneiftheinlethasbecomeundulycontaminatedwithnon-volatileforeignsubstances.Thenonaromatichydrocarbonscommonlypresentfromtheisopropylbenzenemanufacturingprocess,particularlyanon-zeoliticone,willinterferewiththedeterminationofxylenes(ifpresent).1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthepurityofisopropylbenzene(cumene)bygaschromatography.Calibrationofthegaschromatographysystemisdonebytheexternalstandardcalibrationtechnique.1.2Thistestmethodhasbeenfoundapplicabletothemeasurementofimpuritiessuchasnonaromatichydrocarbons,benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,phenol,cymenes,t-butylbenzene,n-butylbenzene,n-propylbenzene,alpha-methylstyrene,sec-butylbenzene,anddiisopropylbenzenes,whichareimpuritiesthatcanbefoundinisopropylbenzene.Thelatterimpuritiescanbeanalyzedoverarangeof1mg/kgto500mg/kgbythismethod(seeTable1).ThelimitofdetectionfortheseimpuritiesissummarizedinTable1aswell.1.3Indeterminingtheconformanceofthetestresultsusingthismethodtoapplicablespecifications,resultsshallberoundedoffinaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection8.TABLE1SummaryofPrecisionData(mg/kg)CompoundRepeatabilityReproducibilityRangeStudiedBenzene

【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiedrequirementsforexplosion-pressure-resistantandexplosionpressureshock-resistantequipment.Thisstandardisapplicabletoprocessvesslesandsystems.Itisnotapplicabletoindividualitemsofequipmentsuchasmotorsandgearboxesthatmaybedesignedtowithstandaninternalexplosion,whichisthesubjectofEN13463-3.Thisstandardisvalidforatmosphereshavingpressuresrangingfrom800hPato1100hPaandtemperaturesrangingfrom-20℃to+60℃.Thisstandardmayalsobehelpfulforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingofequipmentintendedforuseinatmospheresoutsidethebalidityrangestatedabove,asfarasthissubjectisnotcoveredbyspecificstandards.Thisstandardappliestoequipentandcombinationsofequipmentwheredeflagrationsmayoccurandisnotapplicabletoequipmentandcombinationofequipmentwheredetonationmayoccur.Thisstandardshouldnotbeusedforoffshoreapplications.Itisessentialthatthisstandardbeusedforequipmentmadeofmetallicmaterialsonly.
