【摘要】:ThepresentPartofthisstandardspecifiestheextractionandclean-upproceduresofthesampledPCDDs/PCDFs.Itisanintegralpartofthecompletemeasurementprocedure.TheuseoftheothertwoPartsEN1948-1:1996andEN1948-3:1996describingsamplingoridentificationandquantification,respectively,isnecessaryforthedeterminationofthePCDDs/PCDFs.ThisstandardhasbeendesignedtomeasurePCDD/PCDFconcentrationsatabout0,1ngI-TEQ/minstationarysourceemissions.ThisstandardspecifiesbothmethodvalidationandaframeworkofqualitycontrolrequirementswhichhavetobefulfilledbyanyPCDD/PCDFextractionandclean-upmethodstobeapplied.SomemethodsaredescribedindetailinannexAasexamplesofprovenprocedures.Eachofthethreesamplingmethods(Part1)canbecombinedwiththeextractionandclean-up(Part2)andtheidentificationandquantification(Part3)tocompletethemeasurementprocedure.Duringcomparisonmeasurementsonamunicipalwasteincineratoratthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/mthesethreemethodshavebeendeemedcomparablewithintheexpectedrangeofuncertainty.Validationtrialswereperformedonthefluegasofmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/mandadustloadingoffrom1mg/mto15mg/m.Inprincipleitisnotpossibletoevaluatetheaccuracy(truenessandprecision)ofemissionmeasurements.Followingthevalidationtrialstheinternalandexternalvariabilitieswerecalculatedfortheprocessconsideredandaregiveninclause13ofEN1948-3:1996.Thesevariabilitiesgiveanindicationofthevariabilitieswhichhavebeenobservedwhenusingthisstandardandshouldbetakenintoaccountwhenexpressingresults.TheproceduredescribedinthethreePartsofstandardEN1948:1996laysdownrequirementsinordertomeasurethe17congenersrequiredtocalculatethetotalI-TEQ(seetableA.1ofEN1948-1:1996).
