【摘要】:ThistestmethodspecifiesasamplingandtestingprocedureforthemeasurementofaveragefiberdiameterandvariationindiameterofanimalfibersasrequiredinTestMethodD2968.TestMethodD2130fortestingwoolandotheranimalfibersforaveragefiberdiameterisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentssincecurrentestimatesofbetween-laboratoryprecisionareacceptableandthemethodhasbeenusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.Incasesofdisagreementarisingfromdifferencesinvaluesreportedbythepurchaserandthesellerwhenusingthismethodforacceptancetesting,thestatisticalbias,ifany,betweenthelaboratoryofthepurchaserandthelaboratoryofthesellershouldbedeterminedwitheachcomparisonbeingbasedonthetestingofspecimensrandomlydrawnfromonesampleofmaterialofthetypebeingevaluated.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedure,usingthemicroprojector,forthedeterminationoftheaveragefiberdiameterandthefiberdiametervariationonwoolandotheranimalfibers,suchasmohair,cashmere,alpaca,camel''shair,etc.(Note1)intheirvariousforms.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Themetricequivalentsofinch-poundunitsmaybeapproximate.Note18212;Thistestmethodmayalsobeappliedtoanyfibershavingaroundcrosssectionandaccordinglymaybeusedmanytimesformelt-spunman-madefiberssuchaspolyamides,polyesters,andglass;alsoitmaybeappliedtoalimitednumberofpolyacrylicsandregeneratedcellulosetypefibers.ThevaluesgiveninAppendixX1fordensityandcorrectionfactors,however,applyonlytowoolandshouldnotbeusedforotherfibers.Forsuitablevaluesforthedensityofotherfibers,seeTable5inTestMethodsD629,QuantitativeAnalysisofTextiles.Note28212;Insubsequentsectionsofthistestmethod,thetermx201C;woolx201D;alsosignifiesmohairorotherfibersifthecircumstancesareapplicable.Note38212;Forfinenessspecificationsforwool,wooltop,mohair,mohairtop,alpaca,andcashmere,refertoSpecificationsD3991andD3992,SpecificationD2252,TestMethodD2816.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofself-propelledride-onmachinesandmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachinesusedinagriculture.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofISO4254dealswithsignificanthazards(aslistedinAnnexA),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothisagriculturalmachineryusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ForcompliancewithEuropeanDirectives,AnnexCisadditionallyapplicable.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicableto—tractors,—aircraft,—air-cushionvehicles,or—lawnandgardenequipment.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazards,roadsafety,electromagneticcompatibility,vibrationorpowertake-off(PTO)andPTOdriveshaftguardingbetweenself-propelledmachines/tractorsandthefirstbearingofrecipientmachinery.Itisnotapplicabletohazardsrelatedtomaintenanceorrepairstobecarriedoutbyprofessionalservicepersonnel.NOTEISO14982specifiestestmethodsandacceptancecriteriaforevaluatingtheelectromagneticcompatibilityofallkindsofmobileagriculturalmachinery.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublication.AllofthehazardsdealtwithbythispartofISO4254willnotnecessarilybepresentonaparticularmachine.ForanymachinecoveredbythispartofISO4254,theprovisionsofthepartofISO4254directlyapplicabletothattypeofmachine,ifavailable,takeprecedenceovertheprovisionsofthispartofISO4254.
